The eternal purpose of God since before the world was created is a deliberate plan and purpose that He ordained beforehand to save many sinners in His great love through the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
What does the greek word translated "predetermined plan of God" convey? An inward thought process that leads to a decision; also translated conspired, counsel, consult, confer.
God’s sovereignty in salvation is a demonstration of His power, purpose, and love. Knowing this will keep you in Christ as you trust Him through all the trials of life.
