May 10, 2020 Speaker: Chris Greer Series: The Psalms

Topic: Sermons Passage: Psalm 113:1–113:9, 1 Samuel 2:1–2:10, Luke 1:64, Exodus 34:5–34:7, Job 1:20–1:22, Malachi 1:11

Praise is something we do with our mouth out loud that flows out of our valuing the LORD for the magnificent sovereign God He is. Praise is publishing our adoration of the Lord
Hallelujah - "shine forth the praise of Jehovah"
His name shall be praised all day long, now and forever, and everywhere.

Reasons for God’s praise:
-The LORD is high above all nations / peoples
-His glory is above the heavens
-He sees us and cares for us, even to raise up the poor and needy
-Makes barren woman abide in the house as joyful mother of children

Praise the LORD!
