Hold fast to the head, do not be led astray by false spirituality that has the appearance of wisdom. Jesus Christ is our source of righteousness and strength. We have to be careful not to raise extra-biblical standards and false spirituality to the level of the scriptures. Jesus does give us commands, but we ought not add to them and judge one another by things not in scripture.
