Joyfully Giving Thanks to the Father

Christians always have a reason for joy.
Paul is praying that we would be giving thanks from a heart of joy as we reflect on our share in the inheritance of the saints in light, through God’s transferring us into the kingdom of his beloved son!
The Psalms exhibit realism of the Christian life with faith on display. By looking to God and his great salvation, realizing that He is the source of our strength and song, we can rejoice and give thanks with joy.
