Remember Jesus Christ: Part 1

June 18, 2017 Speaker: Chris Greer Series: Miscellaneous

Topic: Sermons Passage: 2 Timothy 2:8, 2 Samuel 7:1–29, John 13:1–17

Remember Jesus Christ
1. "Risen from the dead" - He is your example of suffering and triumph
2. "The offspring of David" - the Davidic King seated at the right hand of God, conquers all enemies, gives peace and rest to the household of God
3. "As preached in my gospel" - you will be inclined and tempted to forget the Jesus and what he accomplished, for us, as is written in the scripture

Are we abiding in Christ, remembering him, daily? Apart from him, we can do nothing.
If you want to be faithful to Jesus Christ, remember Jesus Christ.
As a husband, a wife, a brother or sister in Christ, we would do well to remember Jesus and wash one another's feet.

Ask yourself, about your brethren, "How can I wash your feet?"
