Glorify God for the Good News

December 18, 2016 Speaker: Chris Greer Series: Miscellaneous

Topic: Sermons Passage: Luke 2:1–20

Angels declare to common shepherds in a field at night, good news: that Christ the Lord has been born, and is humbly lying in a manger. After they go and see for themselves this savior, a newborn babe, they return glorifying God. Angels, not even recipients of Gods salvation, and shepherds who do receive his grace are glorifying God because of his grace that appeared on the day Christ was born.

How do we, recipients of his grace, view this good news today? Are we praising and glorifying God for this good news?
