3Provide snacks for 20 people. Cookies, chips, dip, fruit, muffins, etc.
Please bring snacks before 6:30pm to the fellowship hall

Saturday 5/17: 9:30 am-12:30 pm - Katy
PWC simply needs 2 snacks per training date -- Something like cookies, fruit, veggies, etc.
They are expecting to have 12-15 trainees sign up, so they have asked that we plan food for 20 people (to include the staff). For any non-perishables, they can be stored in the kitchen marked PWC; Anything perishable, I am happy to pick up from people that are unable to bring it to the church, or whatever is best for them. Anyone signing up on Monday evenings, could very easily just drop off on Sunday so that it's there for the following evening.
The dates of training are: May 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, and 17. May 5, 6, 12, and 13 are evening training sessions (6:30pm-9:30pm).
The 10th and 17th are morning sessions (9:30am-12:30pm).
Also donated already - 2 jars of apple juice, peanuts & $10.00 from CAs.
